October Goals!
Thursday, October 06, 2016Happy October and happy birthday month to me! It is my favorite time of year. It is officially pumpkin time, birthday time, and then all the holidays right after that! I throw a big Halloween Party just about every single year for my birthday, and this year will be no exception. Don't worry, I will be sharing all the details and ideas I have for that in another post.
Today, I am sharing with you all my goals for this month and I hope to do this every month to try and hold myself accountable. The power of the internet and posting publicly, right?
October Goals
1. Have a lunch or dinner date with Kaley (she's my best friend). We have been working opposite schedules and it's been hard to hang out together so we need to make the effort.
2. Go to the gym at least 3 times a week. I've been exhausted and as soon as I am done with work or clinicals, I say screw the gym it's nap time! I need to quit that.
3. Get ten days ahead on blog posts. Ambitious for my first week of blogging, I know.
4. Clean out my fridge/freezer. It needs done, that's all there is to it.
5. Start meal prepping again. I got back from my trip to Arizona and fell off my great eating habits. I need to get back in the swing of things!
